Not showing up for your appointment, showing up late, or canceling with limited notice precludes us from helping another pet who we potentially turned away on a busy day. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so with at least 24 hours notice.

Cancellation Policy

• Canceling or rescheduling your appointment with more than 24 hours notice will not result in a fee.
• Canceling or rescheduling your appointment with less than 24 hours notice will result in a $50.00 fee.
• Canceling or rescheduling your appointment with less than 2 hours notice will result in a $75.00 fee.

Late Policy

• If you will arrive more than 5 minutes late, please call us so that we can plan accordingly.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment to our next available appointment so our team has adequate time to give you and your pet their full attention.

How To Cancel or Reschedule

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us at 646-434-2610, email hello@allearsvet.com, or reply to the appointment confirmation email you received when booking the appointment. Please do not schedule another appointment without first canceling the existing appointment on the schedule.
